 TASTING NOTES:
 Appearance: intense purple red.
 Nose: Very intense nose, notes of ripe blackberry, blueberry and red currant, subtle hints of violet.
 Palate: Silky palate, with crisp and balanced acidity, fruity and floral notes, and a persistent vanilla finish.
 DESIGNATION OF ORIGIN: Mendoza.
 GRAPES: Malbec 100%.
 AGING: Aged for approximately one year in a mix of new and seasoned French oak barrels before bottling.
 WINE PAIRING: wild game dishes, baked pasta and mature cheese.
 RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16-18ºC
